The best thing to note is that the IW development team is notified immediately when there are problems and during most of the week bugs/outages are fixed within a few hours. On some occasions there are large breaking issues that can cause a longer outage, these problems are usually outside the control of the IW development team. If there is an issue with the Sports Maximiser that you think is unknown or hasn’t been reported.
